We are seeking an Associate Gameplay Engineer to assist in the development and maintenance of systems that drive the Gorilla Tag player experience. You will be working on a rapidly evolving, live service game with millions of players eagerly awaiting the next update. We place high emphasis on shipping features, as opposed to perfecting them, so we’ll be moving fast and trying to cut all the right corners as we go. Responsibilities
- Creating rapid prototypes to test new gameplay features.
- Tracking down and fixing bugs, as assigned, in existing code.
- Generate well-structured, readable code.
- Be highly receptive to feedback on your code.
- Adapt to changing project requirements, technologies, and priorities.
- Any other duties needed to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Company’s Values.

As we are a fully remote company, you must:
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Be able to work independently for extended periods of time.
- Be generally available for collaboration during our core hours. (10AM - 3PM PT)
- Occasional travel may be required for company events.
